Cancellations
You may cancel your order prior to shipping from our warehouse. Any payments made will be refunded in full. You will need to contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed to cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse the order may not be cancelled.
Returns
If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you may subsequently return it (in unopened, original packaging) for a refund. Any cost to return the product for refund will be borne by you.
Repair, Replace, Refund
Polymer Innovations is bound by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The Act provides for certain circumstances under which you may be entitled to a replacement or refund
