Water$ave Dam Sealer

Our Water$ave Dam Sealers have been used across Australia & internationally as a better alternative to plastic liners when sealing earth-based dams & ponds. We have two dam sealers available, Water$ave Plug & Water$ave Seep. Both are super-absorbent polymers in a dry, powdered form. The particles begin to hydrate & expand on contact with water then descend to the bottom of the dam. The weight of the water forces the particles into the cracks & voids, where the polymer particles continue to expand, creating an effective plug to stop the leaks.

Water$ave Dam Sealers don’t require the dam to be drained & is added directly to the water surface. No earthmoving machinery required, no extra loss of water, with minimal downtime for the dam. This saves not only time but money.

 

Water$ave Dust Suppression

Water$ave Dust Suppression (DS) has been used across mine & construction sites for years to assist in not only reducing the dust onsite but to save money. Water$ave DS is a lineal, anionic polymer in powdered form. It is soluble in water & in low concentrations increases the viscosity of the water. The polymer permeates & aggregates fine particles, making them large & heavy enough that they will not blow away & run off.

Water$ave DS is a cost effective & efficient way to control dust. Adding it to your water cart will reduce your watering volume & reduce the need for continuous water applications. This not only saves you time but also water & money.

 

SAP HD

SAP HD can assist in a range of water-based problems in multiple industries including underground mining, construction & waste management. It will rapidly absorb 300 times its weight in water.  A frequent use for SAP HD is the removal of muddy water to thick to pump but not solid enough to shovel. It can be added in this instance to quickly solidify the liquid allowing for faster & easier removal. 

SAP HD has been proven to minimise lost production time in underground mining due to water ingress. The recovered waste slurry can be more efficiently transported to the surface on conveyors, reducing downtime & increasing productivity.

 

Water$ave Hyrdo-Tac

Water$ave Hydro-Tac can be used during hydro-seeding to quickly apply water, seed & fertiliser to a large area. It is especially useful in uneven & difficult to access areas. Adding this tackifier during application dramatically increases the strike rate by holding the seeds in place during the germination phase of growth. 

Water$ave Hydro-Tac is a stand-alone tackifier that does not require the use of mulch during application. Hydro-Tac improves your strike rate while reducing seed loss due to wind & rain. By using Hydro-Tac you can also reduce your watering frequency while improving the water filtration & the physical properties of soils.
